Welcome to Cult Information Services of Northeast Ohio. CISNEO is a non-profit, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization and is dedicated, through education, to promoting public awareness of the harmful effects of destructive cults, psychological manipulation and mind control. Members of CISNEO include former members of high demand groups, parents of members, clergy, educators and others concerned about the dangers cults pose to society and families. CISNEO limits its concerns to exposing unethical, immoral and illegal practices and makes no judgments concerning doctrine or belief.

While little understood, cults and other types of high-demand relationships are a surprisingly common problem that afflict both individuals and families at a higher rate than any, single form of cancer.
